1. What products do you have available and how long are your drapes?

WestCoast Drape offers:

• Drape with ground support: WestCoast Drape can furnish pocketed drapes up to 22' high with ground support. A variety of base plates are used depending on drape height to ensure stability. A 35# sandbag is added to each base plate so the drapes will not fall.
• Drapes with truss systems: Certain colors of drape are available in lengths up to 25' and 30' high if suspended from a truss system.
• Doorways: To create a complete surround look in ballrooms, gyms and other large spaces our staff can either swag all doorways or hang drape above each door so no bare walls show.
• Screen surrounds: Drapery is available in all the colors we offer to surround any size screen, including a top and bottom valance.
• Specialty hardware: Columns are available in 3', 4' and 5'8" in diameter. Each column can be divided into half columns and therefore reach heights up to 22', creating a dramatic support for any of our drapes.
  
  Short crossbars are available in any configuration.

2. What color drapes do you offer?

• The following colors in our rich 16 oz. Velour are: Black, Gray, Presidential Blue, Burgundy and Chocolate.
• The following colors in our Poly Twill are: Black, White and Red.
• We also carry a beautiful White Sheer drape that looks fantastic hanging in front of one of our drape colors, on our columns or hanging by itself.

3. Are these quality drapes? I don't want anything that looks cheap.

• Materials: Most pipe and drape companies cut corners in the quality of drape they provide. Not WestCoast Drape. We know you'll only be satisfied with the highest quality pipe and drape so that's all we use.
• Service: WestCoast Drape prides itself on providing you with professional, accurate, speedy service for every event. We know you've got a lot to do on event day so hassle-free service, delivery, set up and removal is non-negotiable.

4. My venue requires a certificate proving all drapes are flame-retardant. How do I get one?

WestCoast Drape guarantees all drape is flame-retardant. If you need flame-retardant certificates for your venue, please contact WestCoast Drape at 1-877-923-7273.

5. What can I expect to pay? Is it extra for a Saturday night event?

•  Pipe and drape prices are based on lineer foot and height.

•  There is a small fuel surcharge for delivery.

•  Please note! WestCoast Drape does not charge extra for late load-ins or weekend set up and removal. Our pricing remains the same 24 hours a day, even on holidays and weekends.
